Rubber Penguin is the creative home for Dan Bailey, an award winning UK-based designer and illustrator.

With extensive experience within the creative industry and a passion for crafting unique brand personalities, I collaborate closely with agencies and brands of all sizes to help brands tell their story through smart design and distinctive illustration.

I am an experienced designer and illustrator with a strong vision, process, and values. Over the years I have worked with various creative agencies, in-house teams, and start-ups, working on diverse and exciting brands.

Passionate and ideas-driven, I focus on visual craft, precise attention to detail, and seamless processes. I strive to push boundaries, create impactful solutions, and start conversations, regardless of the brand size.

My love for cartoons and animation influences my work, infusing it with energy, vivid colours, and personality.

Driven by a hunger to learn and create, I have developed a versatile and varied skillset.
