Creating healthy competition

Marcy is a fabulous Singapore-based quick serve healthy snacks and beverages café that specifically offers products based around their three core ingredients: acai berries, avocados and coconuts. Giving you that quick, delicious boost when you need it.

I worked with them to develop a unique and engaging identity to help them stand out in what is becoming a very popular market.

The mascot is based on their hero ingredient, the acai berry. Passion, fun and friendliness is at the heart of Marcy and so we wanted to create something that encapsulated that, whilst being flexible enough to be used across the brands various channels.

The typeface reflects the mascots personality and has a hidden leaf within the ‘a’ as a subtle nod to its core ingredient, whilst helping to knit the brand together.

The new identity has been rolled-out across all in-store and marketing materials, plus there will even be some Marcy soft plush toys being produced early in 2022.
